My name is Jason Akuvaev. I’m a student learning about education and how technology can be used in the classroom. At work, I use my phone to complete reports, send emails, and keep accurate records. For school, I use my laptop for assignments and research.
Outside of work and school, I use streaming services to relax. Technology is part of my everyday routine, and I’m interested in learning how teachers choose tools that are useful for children. I’ll use this website to share my coursework and reflect on what I learn.
Exploring how teachers help children understand, create, and participate in the classroom.
Considering the technology I use every day and the purpose it can serve in education.
Keeping track of ideas from readings, questions worth asking, and connections to practice.
